  1. What is Sea To Sky Handyman Services Ltd?

    We specialize in small to medium home and condominium renovations and repairs.

    Our mission is to provide “quality workmanship and service you can trust”.

    This means that our work is 100% guaranteed and when we say we will arrive at your home at a prearranged time, we will be there. You can count on it!

  2. What is Mosher Contracting Company?

    Mosher Contracting Company is a division of Sea to Sky Handyman Services Ltd., specializing in construction management for larger renovation projects.

    We are General Contractors and work with architects, designers and most importantly you, to make your renovation ideas and plans come to life. We use skilled trades and craftsman in order to complete your project to the highest quality standards.

  3. Who comes to my home to do the work?

    The General Manager/Owner –  Peter Mosher and qualified technicians with at least 8 years’ experience will complete most jobs. Licensed tradesmen are used as required.

  4. How much will my renovations and/or repairs cost?

    We charge an hourly rate for most jobs. Larger projects may be quoted at a set price dependent upon the ability to accurately predict material and labour costs.

  5. How do I pay you?

    Normally e-Transfer or a cheque due at the completion of the job.

  6. Is there any minimum charge for a visit to my home?

    There is a minimum charge of $125.00.

  7. Are you insured if you or one of your Technicians is injured on the job?

    Yes. We are insured with Work Safe BC and will provide our account number for your reference if you require it.

  8. Do you have liability insurance?

    Yes. We have a $2,000,000.00 commercial liability insurance policy with
    the Co-operators General Insurance Company.

  9. Do I have to supply the materials for the renovation or repair I want Sea to Sky Handyman Services to complete?

    Our Technicians carry standard fasteners and repair materials however most projects require materials specific to the job. You have two options in regards to materials:
    1. Purchase materials ahead of time saving money associated with material handling/pick-up costs.
    2. Have the Technician pick up the materials for you. However, please know that if the Technician gets your supplies, he is “on the clock” and this time is billed at our regular rate. There is also a “Contractor Handling Charge” of 15% added to our cost for materials.


All of our Handymen have at least 8 years of experience and go through careful screening to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence and quality workmanship. Your satisfaction and word of mouth referral to your friends and neighbors is very important to the success of our business.


We guarantee our work for ninety (90) days from the invoice date. Guarantee is for labour only. Materials are not included. There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind.
